In this video (really a follow up to my tutorial on cross contour hatching), I demonstrate three distinct historical styles of cross contour hatching, and give you a few old master examples of how they were used.

I'm using an Opus 88 Picnic (now sadly discontinued) fitted with a wonderful #5, 14k Jowo nib with a semi-flex modification by FP-nibs.com. I’m using Noodler’s Black.
