Ingredients
500gm Undercut Meat - thinly sliced diagonally
One Large Onion - fried
3-4 tbsp Mustard Oil
2-3 tbsp Raw Papaya Paste or Kiwi Paste
1.5 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Salt or to taste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 cup Yogurt
1.5 tsp Poppy Seeds
2 tsp Garam Masala

Garam Masala:
4 Small Cardamoms
2 Black Cardamoms
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 small Tez Pata
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
5-6 Cloves
8-10 Black Pepper Corns
Half inch Star Anise
1/4 pc Nutmeg/mace
