Friends, today I am sharing traditional gujarati athanu Kachi Keri No Chundo Recipe. I presented two recipes for making Chundo at home.
(1) Tadka Chhaya No Chundo
(2) Instant Chundo
Both these recipes gives almost same taste of Chundo. However, if you are making Chundo for whole year and in large quantity, it is suggested to try Tadka Chhaya Ni Chundo. Otherwise, for smaller quantity, Instant Chundo is very good as well. I hope these both recipes are very useful to you during this mango season.

INGREDIENTS
TADKA CHHAYA NO CHUNDO
1.25 kG Kesar / Rajapuri raw mangoes
3 tsp salt (नमक)
½ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर)
1.25 kG powdered sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
½ cup red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर)
¾ tsp hing (हिंग)
INSTANT CHUNDO
250 grams rajapuri mangoes (राजापुरी कच्चे आम)
1 tsp salt (नमक)
½ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर)
300 grams powdered sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
1 tbsp red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर)
¼ tsp hing (हिंग)
