My first ever visit to Kyoto, an hour away from the 2nd largest city in Japan. Kyoto is known for its traditional and cultural heritage, going back in time to the ancestral way of life.

My trip started from Osaka taking the unique Garaku train, while my first day plan was to visit 2 sites, my health prevented me from completing it, but the following day I was able to continue as planned visiting one of the most famous bamboo forests in Kyoto. Following that, I went to a gold plated temple with a scenic pod surrounding it.
