The Wah Wah mountains in the west desert of Utah rise to over 9300 feet. They are named for the Wah Wah springs on the eastern slope of the mountains (which means good clear water). Only one paved road intersects the mountains, which leaves a whole lot of solitude to camp, hike and explore this remote area. It's all BLM land, so it's open to public recreation and remote enough you're likely to have it to yourself. Come along with #sagebrushcountry as we explore the magnificent solitude of Utah's Wah Wah mountains! #Wahwah #wahwahmountains #sagebrush #oldmines #westernUtah
