2 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Light Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp Chu Hou Paste
30g Raw Cane Sugar Slab
Spring Onion

2 Tsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Shaoxing Wine
1/4 Tsp White Pepper
