People often grieve over things or loved ones they've lost, or for the things they wish they had but don't. In doing so, they overlook countless blessings and find it hard to feel grateful. Such a mindset keeps a sense of lack in their lives. This meditation helps dissolve that grief and opens the doors for wonderful experiences.
