This closed copper mine is located in Finland, Hammaslahti and has been operational since 1973-1986. The mine has first worked as an open pit mine for the years 1973 to 1976 and then the mining was continued underground until the end of the operation. Along with copper, the mine also produced zinc. A total of 5.59 million tonnes of ore were harvested, with concentrations of 1.11% copper and 1.26% zinc.
