For the pepper mix :
Tomatoes
Red bell peppers
Habanero peppers
Onion
Ginger
Garlic .
Tomato paste
Onions to fry the stew
Bay leaf
Thyme
Curry powder
Nutmeg powder
Black pepper
Fish seasoning or shrimp seasoning
Oil
Salt to taste
