Decorated drip cake

1.2kg Coles Pink Vanilla Drip Cake
400g Coles Bake & Create Vanilla Buttercream
Pink liquid food colouring, to tint
Coles Bake & Create Mini Flower Decorations, to decorate

1. Place the cake on a cake turntable or platter.
2. Combine the buttercream and 2-3 drops pink food colouring in a medium bowl until combined and pale pink in colour. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a 1.5cm fluted nozzle. Pipe the buttercream in a rope pattern over the top edge of the cake.
3. Decorate the top of the cake with mini flowers. Cut into pieces to serve.
