The ingredients to prepare this delicious Cheesecake or Cheesecake PAstel without Oven are

Ingredients:
Base:
200 gr of Cookies (Maria,
Leibniz, sultanas or similar)
100 gr butter
(Use 80 if you wish, but with 100 gr
is more compact )

Filling:
500 gr Cream Cheese
150 ml Milk Cream
4 sheets of gelatin (or 7gr
grenetine)
100 gr Sugar (I used 70 gr
to reduce the amount)
Lemon peel
1/2 lemon juice

Blackberry jam and
Blueberries
200 gr. Blueberries
150 gr Blackberries
4 tablespoons of sugar or sweetener
of your preference
1 tablespoon of Cornstarch or
cornstarch
50 ml Water
1/2 large lemon or
a small one

FACT ABOUT THE BLACKBERRY IN COLOMBIA AND OTHER COUNTRIES: Some blackberries, like those found in Colombia, are more acidic and have more simplicity, to the point that you will have to make the jam with another procedure. I am going to suggest how I would do it. I would first put the blackberries to cook by adding half of the water and with a spoonful of sugar or the sweetener of your preference. After seeing the cooked fruit, I would pass this mixture through the strainer, removing the seeds and taking the remaining mixture back to the fire. Then I integrate the blueberries, put the other half of the water and add the total amount of sugar, vanilla, lemon. Let it boil and then integrate the water and cornstarch mixture and let it cook for 3 more minutes at low heat. If you notice that during the first cooking of the Mulberry, it has consumed a lot of water, then add more to taste until you achieve the consistency you see in the video.

Thank you for joining us once again and I hope you dare to prepare this delicious Cheesecake.no oven required, no eggs and the homemade jam has no sugar because we added another substitute.
