Just as Gomer betrayed Hosea more than once, we have betrayed the Lord countless times. And when we create our own hell through bad decisions and stray from the path, the Father worries and grieves. Nevertheless, His grace reaches us again and again, despite our shame, guilt, and confusion. Only God can redeem us from our past. Our faults do not define us before Him, for He loves us despite our sins. His love is a scandalous and irrational love that breaks all the rules!
