A 3 Strand Twist-Out is good for those who want more of a spiral look and it lasts for a longer period of time than a 2-Strand Twist-Out.
Once you master how to do this, you will find that you can cover more ground doing these than a 2-Strand Twist-Out set, and spend less time setting your hair.
After we washed and conditioned, we used the It's a 10 Leave-In Miracle Product, along with the Nairobi Wrapp-It Shine Foam Lotion. Once the twists were done she sat under heat for about 45 minutes.
