US Vice President Kamala Harris is “not very smart”, says filmmaker Ami Horowitz.

“The reason why she’s so popular among the white college student group of people (is) because she is the definition of a pseudo-intellectual,” he told Sky News host Rita Panahi.

“She kind of strings together a bunch of platitudes as if her speech writer was formerly employed by a fortune cookie company.”
