Three Indicator LEDs on the Right Side of the Display.
Adjustable Backlit Display.
Quick Tuning.
Clock/Alarm.
If you are listening to the AM band, the Radio will not Charge with USB. I like this Feature.
Aux-In.
AM Reception is Above Average.
Three Different Flashlight LEDs, including a Red One.
Five Lighting Modes.
Emergency Lighting Mode.
Sleep Function.
Bluetooth to Keep the Party Bouncin' :)
Signal Strength Indicator.

Features that could be Added or Improved on:
Add a Higher Capacity, User Replaceable Battery, like the CC Radio Solar.
Optional Dry Battery Bay, like the CC Radio Solar.
Quick Access to Bandwidth Options, like the CC Radio Solar.
1kHz Tuning on the Medium Wave band, like the CC Radio Solar.
A better A.T.S. , you currently have to menu dive to use it.
Factory Default: Loudness Off
Choose to Have Frequency always Displayed. It defaults to Clock Mode after Ten Seconds.
Able to Listen to the Radio While Weather Alert is Active, like the CC Radio Solar.

Overall, if you need a reliable Emergency Radio get the CC Radio Solar. Want to have a Fun, in your Face Audio Experience? Then Pick up the MMR-99. If the MMR-99 just added a Dry Battery Bay it would be the best Emergency Radio on the Market. The internal Battery on the MMR-99 could go bad during an Emergency, and then you are out of luck.
