材料:
南瓜 200 克
糯米粉 120 克
粘米粉 10 克
白糖 50 克
适量面包糠

Ingredients (Diana)
1. Pumpkin 200g remove skin and cut smaller
2. Glutinous rice flour 120g
3. Rice flour 10g
4. Sugar 50g
5. Bread crumbs

Method
1. Steam the pumpkin for 20min till soft. Use fork to press it to become purée
2. In a container, mix the glutinous rice flour, rice flour and sugar together. Add in pumpkin and mix well using chopsticks. Then use hand to knead into a dough. May add little glutinous rice flour if too wet.
3. Roll and divide into smaller portion. Then roll into a ball.
4. Lightly press it flat while coat with bread crumb
5. Heat oil to 160deg and deep fry the pumpkin pie till golden brown
6. Serve and enjoy! 💕
