VMWare's CEO Pat Gelsinger shares his vision for how to develop a world-class cloud and SaaS (software as a service) company. Lending his humble beginnings from a farming background where values such as hard work and grit helped him through some of the toughest times to come out stronger on the other side. Early in his career, Gelsinger admits he was at times too focused on success that he overlooked relationships. Now he abides by the African proverb, "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."
