I wanted to have a fiberventure to go foraging for goldenrod to dye wool. I haven't done much natural dyeing before and I wanted to try it out. On my journey I also got caught in a rainstorm with hail, found a local farm stand with beautiful veggies, stopped by The Fold to visit with Toni and buy some spindles and more! Back at home, I'll show you how I dyed two pounds of wool roving with the goldenrod I foraged!
