Water Lily Fritters or Shapla Fuler bora or Pakora is a very easy and yummy snacks which can be served with steamed rice, pulse and a piece of lemon.

Few days ago I had visited a famous place in West Bengal, Bortir Bill and was mesmerised with the beauty of that place.

Water lilies were everywhere and so I have brought some of them and made fritters of them
