An update on my recent travels through Mexico. I'm currently enjoying family time in Morelia and talk about my value of connection and how that's playing out in my travels.

I also give you a tip on dealing with anxiety + negative thinking. When you deal w/ negative thoughts, it's important not to give them more mental energy (keep thinking), but rather to feel the emotional experience in the body and "flush-out" that energy.
