After his death, his brain has been kept in a formalin jar as a specimen. In the poem the poet describes the feelings of Vicky's brain.

Ans: Formalin is a chemical substance, which is used to preserve body parts for a longer period of time. Vicky is a fictional character who is dead and his brain has been kept in a formalin jar as a specimen in the museum.
