Covid-19 has brought severe losses to many small businesses, especially the immigrant owned businesses. According to the latest Issue Brief by U.S Small Business Administration Office of Advocacy, asian owned businesses declined by 37.1% in the year of 2020. As per survey these immigrant business owners are not well-educated about the power of social media and the internet; additionally, they might encounter the language barrier or have little access to the government resources. How can we help these immigrant owned small businesses win the modern digital war in the middle of a pandemic? To help them survive the challenges brought by Covid-19, we have come to Altruist, a team working across 5 different time zones to diagnose the existing problems and provide our solution as thoroughly as possible within a week. Our unique solution provides them with a webpage coupled with digital marketing tool kits, and the basic knowledge base of “How to”. Our program will also guide them with government policies in their preferred languages. With Altruist now small immigrant owned businesses can grow and flourish.
