Coarse coating used in this project
NX83 Chipping Black (Ichinen Chemicals)

This paint is originally designed to prevent chipping scratches on underbody parts such as side steps and undercarriage.

The original rough, uneven texture was tested on bumpers.

Unlike general color paints, chipping paint can be applied to the underbody without any scratches or slight hemming.
Scratches on the underbody and some dents are not so noticeable.

In case of scratches, lightly scrape off the wisps on the surface.
No putty filling is required.

Two coats were used up in three coats on the front bumper of a light truck.

The primer used this time
Dye-Q Mitchacron Multi 420ml

If you apply the primer to plastic parts as it is, it will peel off easily.
However, when Mitchacron is applied as a primer, the top coat will not peel off.
However, when Mitchacron is applied as a primer, the topcoat will bite well.

Apply one or two thin coats.

If the top coat is solvent-based, allow it to dry for 20 to 30 minutes before applying the top coat.
