In this video I modify the TL-21 test lead accessory to use kelvin clips instead of alligator clips. I then measure and compare the capacitance, ESR, and dissipation readings for three similarly valued capacitors -- a 40 year old cap, a new cheapo cap, and a new audio grade cap.
