Set goals: when you are setting regular goals (short, medium and long term) you have a focus and a why. By having this why you are going to be able to keep your behaviours in check to reach these goals.

Show up: it is you vs you. It is impossible to do a habit without performing the action repeatedly. It doesn't have to be perfect, you might experience micro-failures, but showing up is key to change.

Be smart with your habit-building: make it easy for you to take action! Set reminders, write it on the front of the fridge. Whatever you need to do, to not do that action, that is the easiest way to build a habit.
