Following the events of 'Busy Going Backwards', Toad has been feeling some discomfort within his cabin and wonders what could be bothering him in the latest Audio Story.

But the other engines are too busy to notice Toad's problems, as they deal with the return of the snooty D261 when he arrives to help out with the summer work. But soon, The Diesel gets an unexpected surprise during his last day of work...
