Join me on a solo trip to the Uncompahgre National Forest / Telluride area of Colorado. I rented a Triumph Scrambler 1200 and took a 4 day solo motorcycle camping trip. The narration was inspired by some journal entries I wrote down during the trip - in regards to an initial question "Why am I drawn to mountains / why do I get the urge to visit mountainous areas so often?"

The quotes come from Lama Anagarika Govinda's 'The Way of the White Clouds.'

Motorcycle: Triumph Scrambler 1200
This may be my favorite motorcycle that I have rented so far. It was more capable than expected off-road (once I figured out the digital traction control modes), and felt more like a dual-sport at times. Yet, on the road, it felt even more at home. I had multiple people - who clearly were not motorcyclists - come up to me on my trip and compliment me on the appearance of the bike.
