Ingredients (7-8 croissants)

160g cold water
Instant dry yeast 6g
30 g sugar
15 g eggs
6 g salt
Bread flour 200g + Cake flour100g (or all-purpose flour 300g),
35g melted butter

150 g filling butter

Work in a cool space so that the filling butter does not melt
the oven is preheated
Use cold water
