I received a rather old packet of White Lab's WLP850, Copenhagen Lager Yeast, during my last Homebrew Club visit. I decided I would see if I could bring this yeast back to life in preparation for a future brew day. Watch the video and see if I can take 2.5 year old yeast from death to alive and active.
