Full written recipe of 10-Minute Egg Breakfast – 2 ways
Prep time: 5-10 minutes
Cooking time: 5-10 minutes
Serves: 4-5 people

Version 1
Ingredients:
Chutney
FRESH CORIANDER | हरा धनिया 1 SMALL BUNCH
MINT | पुदीना A HANDFUL
ONION | प्याज़ 1/2 NO.
GINGER | अदरक 1 INCH
GARLIC | लहसुन 2-3 NOS.
GREEN CHILLI | हरी मिर्च 2-3 NOS.
BLACK SALT | काला नमक 1/2 TSP
DRY MANGO POWDER | आमचूर पाउडर 1 TSP
SALT | नमक TO TASTE
ICE CUBE | बर्फ 1 NO.
Assembly
SANDWICH BREAD SLICES | सैंडविच ब्रेड स्लाइस 2 NOS.
KETCHUP | कैचअप AS REQUIRED
CHEESE SLICE | चीज़ स्लाइस 1 NO.
Egg Mixture
EGGS | अंडे 4 NOS.
SALT | नमक TO TASTE
BLACK PEPPER POWDER | काली मिर्च पाउडर A PINCH
RED CHILLI POWDER | लाल मिर्च पाउडर A PINCH
GREEN CHILLI | हरी मिर्च 2-3 NOS. (CRUSHED)
FRESH CORIANDER | हरा धनिया HANDFUL (CHOPPED)
MILK | दूध 4 TBSP
Cooking
GHEE | घी 2 TSP
Method:
Add all the ingredients of the chutney into a mixer jar & grind it into a fine chutney.
To make the toast, take sandwich bread slices & apply the chutney on one slice & ketchup on the other, then place a cheese slice on either of the bread & then place the other one on top.
Cut the bread diagonally to get triangles, you can cut it as per your preference also, make as many pieces as required.
In a bowl break the eggs & add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, green chilli, fresh coriander, milk & whisk well.
Set a pan over high heat & add ghee, let the ghee heat up.
Dip the bread pieces into the egg mixture & coat well from all sides, then lift it up using a fork & let the excess egg drip off.
Place the bread into the pan, you can cook multiple pieces at a time depending on how big your pan is, cook the toast over medium flame from all sides until it turns light golden brown.
Quick & easy breakfast egg toast is ready.

Version 2
Ingredients:
Egg Mixture
EGGS5 | अंडे 4 NOS.
SALT | नमक TO TASTE
BLACK PEPPER POWDER | काली मिर्च पाउडर A PINCH
RED CHILLI POWDER | लाल मिर्च पाउडर A PINCH
GREEN CHILLI | हरी मिर्च 2-3 NOS. (CRUSHED)
FRESH CORIANDER | हरा धनिया HANDFUL (CHOPPED)
MILK | दूध 4 TBSP
Egg filling
MAYONNAISE | मेयोनेज़ 2 TBSP
HUNG CURD | टंगा हुआ दही 3 TBSP
BLACK PEPPER POWDER | काली मिर्च पाउडर A LARGE PINCH
SALT | नमक A PINCH
MUSTARD SAUCE | मस्टर्ड सॉस 1 TSP
GREEN CHILLI | हरी मिर्च 1 NO. (CHOPPED)
SPRING ONION GREENS | हरे प्याज़ के पत्ते A SMALL HANDFUL (CHOPPED)
BOILED EGGS | उबले अंडे 3 NOS. (CHOPPED)
Cooking
SANDWICH BREAD SLICES | सैंडविच ब्रेड स्लाइस 2 NOS.
GHEE | घी 2 TSP
Method:
Make the egg mixture in the same manner as the first version & keep it aside.
In a bowl add mayo, hung curd followed by all the remaining ingredients of the filling & mix well, taste & adjust seasoning if required.
Add a large spoonful of the filling on the sandwich bread slices & spread it evenly, then place the other sandwich bread slice on top & press it gently.
Cut the sandwich diagonally or as per your preference then dip it into the egg mixture & cook it in a hot pan with ghee over medium flame until the toast turns light golden brown from all sides & the boiled egg version of the toast is ready.
