It's march 1998 and i'm in the Midlands/North West area of the West Coast Main Line. We start with a shot of a class 31 on an engineers working at Stafford before moving along to Wolverhampton. Here we see Inter-City and Regional Railways trains hauled by 37, 86 & Valenta powered Inter-City 125 HST before finishing at Preston with a Cross Country working swapping its class 47 for an 86.
