Gixxer Naked 250 is the sibling of Gixxer Sf250. It shares the same engine, chassis and most body parts. But, since it's a naked bike it does away with the faring which is replaced by a nicely designed tank shroud, a different LED headlight and a belly pan.
The for is also slightly different as it is slightly shorter than the ones on the Sf250.
The handling characteristics is totally different compared to the Sf250 though.. the stable composed feel of the Sf250 is replaced with a lively ( sometimes nervous) handling. This is partly due to the removal of some weight from the front since it's a naked bike. This is by no means a disadvantage in city traffic as the nimble handling and torquey engine is one of the best for City riding. And it's no slouch when you up the pace a bit as is evident in the video when you compare it with Honda's CBR250R. But, the fighty nature of the handling needs getting used to.
Conclusion.. One of the best City bike and a competent corner curver if ridden by a competent rider..
