➡️ RECIPES:
Almond flour Pancakes (6 pancakes)
►2 Eggs
►2 Tbsp Oil or melted butter
►3 Tbsp Milk of your choice (unsweetened almond milk/ coconut milk)
►1 tsp Vanilla extract
►1 cup (95g) almond flour
►1 tsp stevia or other sweetener
►1 tsp Baking powder
►¼ tsp Salt

Coconut flour pancakes (12 pancakes)
►8 oz. (227g) cream cheese, softened at room temperature
►½ cup coconut flour
►¼ cup sweetener
►½ cup heavy cream
►2 tsp baking powder
►1 tsp vanilla extract
►4 eggs

Almond Coconut Flour Pancakes (12 pancakes)
►1 cup Almond Flour
►¼ cup Coconut Flour
►2 Tbsp sweetener (Monk fruit/Erythritol/allulose)
►1 tsp Baking powder
►5 large Eggs
►1/3 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
►¼ cup Avocado oil (or any neutral-tasting oil that is liquid at room temperature)
►1 ½ tsp Vanilla extract
►¼ tsp salt

TOPPINGS
►Sugar-Free Syrup
►Butter
►Berries
►Nut Butter

FOR STORING
Reheat: The best way to reheat pancakes is to arrange them on a baking sheet, slather them with unsalted butter, and heat them in the oven at 350°F until warm. 
Freeze: You can meal prep these pancakes ahead of time and freeze them for later use. Let them cool completely. To keep the pancakes from sticking together, place a piece of parchment paper in between, wrap the bundle in plastic wrap and store it in a freezer-safe bag. Keep in the freezer for up to 3-6 months.
Defrost: To defrost, place on your kitchen counter or in the refrigerator the night before. To heat up, pop the pancakes in the toaster!
