KitchenAid Side by Side fridge not cooling.

Unit was diagnosed with a bad control board which ended up throwing mixed signals to the fans causing them to cycle on/off intermittently and not consistently. This allowed the freezer to stay cold while raising the temperature on the fridge side. Of course, do not automatically assume you have the same issue. There are many other possibilities for the fridge side to be warm while the freezer side to stay cool. Vise versa.
