Hi Guys, I used and recorded my 1st time using this amazing airfryer, I believe showing you my 1st attempts getting to know it and my mistakes is important as it shows you how easy it is to use. The information leaflet, please read it, it doesn't take long and will be very useful to you.
As I stated in the video, I got the temperatures wrong as I used it based on what I had previously baked at, and I pre Heated when it states there isn't any need. I thought to myself how can it bake evenly with no pre heating, but it definitely doesn't require any pre heating at all, just press bake, set the temp and time, it's so easy.

Chicken fried rice:
5 chicken thighs, small diced
1/2 large onion, diced
400g basmati rice, pre cook this as u normally would and refrigerate.
3 Large eggs, beaten
Spring onions, chopped

Chicken marinade :
1 tsp regular soy sauce
1 tsp Shaoxing Cooking Wine or sub with Dry Sherry Wine
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder

Sauce for the rice:
2 tbsp regular soy sauce
½ tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder (aka chicken stock powder)
â…› tsp white pepper or sub with black pepper




Marinade your chicken pieces for a couple of hours, then on air Fry mode pour your chicken into the air fryer, with trays removed, adding in the white onion too, cook for 10 minutes 170c another 2 minutes at 200c. Give this a good stir, next take your rice and add into it the ingredients listed above for the rice, give it a good Mix. Pour this into the air fryer and stir to mix in the chicken and onions, set to cook for 5 minutes, open and stir, then pour over eggs, do not Stir at this stage, just put it back for another 5 minutes, remove and stir, add in any frozen peas or carrots at this stage and Cook for Another 2 minutes. Dish it up and Sprinkle with spring onions.

Coconut tart: 8 inch deep tart tin

I used ready rolled Shortcrust, but you can make It with these ingredients.
150 g Plain flour
30 g Caster sugar
75 g Butter cold
1 Egg yolk
1 tablespoon Water Ice cold

Once you make Your pastry it's important to chill it before you roll it out, chill 30 mins.
Roll it out, lìne Your tin, place parchment over and baking beans, set the bake function and Time for 15 minutes. Remove parchment after 15 minutes, if its not cooked to your liking, leave uncovered and bake Another 5 minutes.

Filling ingredients :
5 tablespoons Raspberry jam or your favourite
125 g Butter, melted
3 Eggs Large, whisked well
250g g Desiccated coconut
180 g Caster sugar


Melt the butter, pour into the mixing bowl, pour Over the sugar and Mix well. Next add the coconut and mix well, then the 3 Eggs and mix again, easy.
Pour your jam over the base and spread evenly, next pour over your coconut mixture making sure no jam is showing. Place into the airfryer, select bake 165c for 15-20 mins, check halfway that the top isn't browning too fast, if it is Simply
Place a piece of aluminum foil over and Continue.
When time is up, if you haven't previously, now Place the foil over and bake another 15-20 minutes, allow to cool down with foil over it. Once cooled place in refrigerator.
