Hi everyone! Today I come to bring you a house on a plot of 15x15 meters, before I start I have to say that it was supposed to be a special end of the year, but for various reasons I could not finish on time.
It is not necessary to clarify that being a special end of the year I wanted to give a special touch decorating the environment with snow and putting a Christmas decoration.
Having said all this, let's start talking about the house. The house in total has 45 square meters covered on the ground floor + 20 square meters semi-covered. On the 1st floor it has another 40 square meters.
If we add all this would give a total of 95 square meters, since as you will know the half-covered square meters count as half that is if they were 20 now they would become 10.
The house has a mixture of cold colors, but at the same time it has materials such as wood that give a little warmth to the environment, not to mention the lighting that in most of the house is warm.
On the facade we will be able to find that there are 2 main access options, one will be through a window, this is located just after the garage, and the other is a door with a width of 1Meters composed of wood.
Before when we counted the semi-covered square meters we did not take into account the roof that surrounds the ground floor, this roof is built in warm and cold wood.
The wood is quite abundant on the facade of the house, both in the front and in the back, having a decoration with vertical wooden braces in one of the windows, and used as a handrail in the part of a from the terraces, not to mention that there is also a path before entering.
And yes ... I said one of the terraces because the house has 2 terraces, the highest can be used to look at the views, go out for sunbathing or a coffee since it has enough space available. And the other terrace is somewhat different from a conventional terrace, since it has a pool of 1.5 meters wide x 5 meters long ...
