Today's menu is Baked chicken

These are all the ingredients you'll need for this easy & delicious meal :
3 1/2 lbs- Chicken
Scallion
Thyme
Bell peppers
3 tbsp Green seasoning (recipe link below)
1/4 tsp cut scotch bonnet
1 tsp Maggi All-purpose seasoning
1 tsp All seasoning or any add seasoning of your preference
1/2 - 1 tsp Chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp browning
add salt to taste

Ingredients to make Sauce:
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 small onion
2 Tbsp soy sauce
thyme
1 cup- ketchup
3/4 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tsp of corn starch mixed with water can use be to thicken the sauce (optional)
