Ingredients
2 Chicken breast
2 tbsp green seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Chinese sauce

Clean, wash and cut chicken into small pieces
Add green seasoning, salt and black pepper
Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes
In a pan add oil and cook chicken until all the natural water is evaporated, add Chinese sauce and mix well
Remove chicken and set aside

Bora ingredients
1 lg onion finely chopped
10 headless green onions finely chopped
3 mari wirrie peppers finely chopped
6 garlic finely chopped
5 stems flat leaf parsley finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste
3 tomato

In the pot add the onions, garlic, thyme, pepper and tomato paste. Cook for a little and add the bora and carrot.
Add celery, tomatoes and water and cook until water is evaporated
