Recipe:

1c softened butter
1c brown sugar
1/2c white sugar
2tsp vanilla
2tbsp cornstarch
2c all purpose flour
1tsp baking soda
2 eggs

* FOR BEST RESULT, let the cookie dough rest in the fridge or freezer overnight before baking
