Dr. Aleze Fulbright, who was recently elected secretary of the General Conference — the first woman of color elected to that position. Fulbright highlights the importance of pausing and celebrating personal achievements. She also discusses the importance of mentoring the next generation of women leaders and offers advice for those just beginning their pastoral journey.
