FULL GLUTES WORKOUT

💜Smith machine hip thrusts: 3 sets x 8 reps
💜Smit machine reverse lunges: 3 sets x 8 reps (each leg)
💜Barbell rdls: 3 sets x 8 reps
💜Hyperextensions: 3 sets x 10 reps
