Here is an amazing Pizza recipe!
If you do not have yeast, or an oven and neither a pizza base, here is an excellent way to do pizza at home.
You do it in a pan over the gas stove.
This is an easy recipe that you can do under 15 minutes.
You’ll be amazed at how good it turns out!

It’s the perfect Lockdown Pan Pizza Recipe!

Recipe:
No Oven, No Yeast Pizza

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes per pizza
Makes: 3 pizzas

Ingredients:
For the base:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1tbs oil
Toppings:
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Cubed capsicum
Cubed onions
Cubed tomatoes
Sliced mushrooms
Oregano
Chili flakes
Salt to taste
Crushed pepper
3tsp oil

Method:
For the base:
Add the salt and the baking powder to the flour and mix well. Add the yoghurt and knead into a loose dough.
Cover the dough with oil and set aside for 10 minutes.
Knead the dough lightly for half a minute.
Break the dough into 3 equal balls.
Dust the floor and the dough balls well and roll each ball to a thickness of 1/2 cm.
Heat an empty 9” frying pan on the gas stove with the lid on.
Brush the hot pan with 1tsp oil and carefully place the rolled pizza base over it.
Reduce the heat to medium.
Cover and cook for a minute and flip over the base.
Spread the pizza sauce, spread about 1/3 cup cheese on the sauce.
Add toppings of your choice.
Sprinkle seasonings to your taste.
Cover immediately and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or till the cheese is well melted.
Remove from heat and serve!
P.S.- Reheat the pan on high for another minute before placing the next base.
