MALEUN ANJU & BEER. I always see charcuterie boards trending but what about maleun anju? It’s like the Korean equivalent to a cheese board. It’s a pub snack that has been essential in our culture yet.. I never see anyone talk about it. Well, here I am talking about it because it is literally one of my go-to dinners. I also recently figured out how to elevate the experience by dipping everything in SABRA hummus rather than your usual plain mayo. I urge everyone to try this immediately as it is LIFE CHANGING.
