配方:
溫水300毫升
速發乾酵母4克(1茶匙)
中筋麵粉或通用麵粉500克(3.6 杯)
酸菜(酸薺菜)300克
植物油15毫升(1湯匙)
郫縣豆瓣醬1湯匙
雞肉500克
涼水80毫升
生抽15毫升(1湯匙)
白胡椒0.5克(1/4 茶匙)
蠔油15毫升(1湯匙)
鹽7-8克(1.5 茶匙)
芝麻油15毫升(1湯匙)
配方:

Ingredients:
Warm water 300 ml
Instant dry yeast 4 g (1 tsp)
Plain flour/all purpose flour 500 g (3.6 cup)
Pickled sour mustard 300 g
Vegetable oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
Pixian County Bean Paste 1 tbsp
Chicken 500 g
Cold water 80 ml
Regular soy sauce 15 ml (1 tbsp)
