Hi this is Shubam and today is 18 th of September 2024 and I planned to visit Karnaprayag Chamoli from Gauchar and we stucked at landslide traffic jam and I took a drone flight but caught by SDM sir .. I was flying in the green zone my purpose was to spread the information via aerial shots to the peoples and news outlets about the condition of the road and the landslide zone area... but they caught me and my drone.

After a lot of good conversation they released my drone. There are no proper rules and regulations in India for drones.. it doesn't matter you are flying in the green zone where there is no govt. building offices etc.. but police can caught you. They have no proper answer when you argue with them.
