Such an easy and incredibly tasty salmon in garlic and cream sauce is cooked just in 20 minutes - a perfect salmon dish for any cause. And it’s a case when you feel a luxury with little effort!

Ingredients:
• salmon – 600 g
• lemon – 1
• vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
• butter – 30 g
• wheat flour – 1 tbsp
• cream 23% - 400 ml
• garlic – 3 cloves
• ground black pepper – ½ tsp
• corn starch – 1 tbsp
• fresh dill – 10 g
• salt – to taste
You will need:
• pan
• carving board

Preparation:
1. Clean and wash the fish, cut into serving pieces, debone, dry with a paper towel on both sides, sprinkle with ground black pepper and salt to taste and corn starch on both sides.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and fry the salmon on both sides for 4 minutes over medium heat until readiness.
3. Take the fish out onto a plate.
4. Rinse the pan and dry with a paper towel.
5. Add the butter and minced garlic and fry stirring over low heat for 15 seconds.
6. Then add the flour and fry stirring for another 15 seconds over low heat.
7. Add the cream into the pan and stir until smooth, add 1 lemon zest, 3 tbsp of lemon juice, ½ tsp of salt and chopped up dill, simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes until lightly thick stirring constantly.
8. Add the fried salmon steaks and warm up for a minute over low heat.
9. Serve the salmon in garlic-cream sauce hot with veggies, mashed potato or rice.
Advices:
1. If you cook pieces of not a big salmon, reduce frying time to have fish juicy.
