Taco Soup-
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of black beans
1 can beef broth
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 can corn
1/2 pkg. Taco seasoning
Brown meat, onion, and green pepper. Place meat in pot, open all cans, and add to meat mixture. Do not drain or rinse anything (Girl, just open and dump- yahoo!) Add taco seasoning and simmer for 30 minutes. Garnish with shredded cheese and sour cream. This makes a lot. I freeze half of it for another day when I really don't want to cook.
