So my older Brother has a bunch of bee hives in Bondi ! Yes in Bondi :)
They've been producing some of the most delicious honey I've ever eaten and we're now selling it at our Bondi Cafe The Depot. The honey has notes of citrus, lemon myrtle and rosemary and is the most gorgeous amber colour.
