Who does not know this food? The legendary combo, this food will not go extinct with time. Usually Combro is made with Oncom stuffing. But this time I made Combro with spicy tempe filling. Guaranteed, no less delicious with oncom stuffing. Let's follow how to make this spicy and crunchy tempeh combo. And don't forget to be loyal to this channel.

-- Tempeh Filled Combro Recipe: ---
Cassava Ingredients:
450 grated cassava (no need to squeeze)
2 tbsp Dry/wet grated coconut
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder

-- Tempe filling material: --
1 Tempe Board (250 gr)
3 cloves of garlic
3 cloves of red onion
7 pieces of cayenne pepper
12 cm Kencur
1 red chili
2 lime leaves
1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
Adequate celery leaves
2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
Water as needed (approximately 50 ml)
