20 Minute BOOTY BAND Workout 🍑

Get ready to target your glutes with this 20-minute booty band workout! 🍑🔥

This workout is all about building strength and endurance with a format I like to call Dirty 30! You’ll need loop resistance bands, and the entire workout is floor-based with no jumping, making it easy on the joints but tough on the glutes.

We’re going through 8 rounds of Dirty 30s, where each round consists of 3 exercises for 30 seconds each, followed by 30 seconds of rest. With moves like donkey kicks and fire hydrants, you'll activate and shape your glutes from every angle, keeping the burn strong the entire time! 🔥💪

THIS WORKOUT HAS NO WARM UP
Please ensure you have performed an appropriate warm up before beginning your training....
